For those of you interested in the problem of how people resolve their differences online, Colin Rule, Director of Online Dispute Resolution for eBay & PayPal, will be speaking at Stanford Law School on April 10, 2006, sponsored by their Center for Internet and Society.
The talk is free, open to all, 12:30 - 1:30 p.m., lunch served, Room 280B. Mr. Rule's main topic will be: "If the internet is to become a trusted environment for both commerce and content, individuals and organizations must have access to redress systems to resolve their online disputes."

Hello Sean,
Do you think you can share those moments and post a text summarizing what was learned from the seminar?
Would be great!
=)

Sorry, but I did not get to attend this talk. I'd suggest contacting the presenter, Colin Rule, at eBay. Guessing from the format of other people's e-mail addresses, I'd try crule@ebay.com.
